Passive House 002 is a study in a series of homes by Clutch Design Studio, based on the PHIUS Passive House Building Principles. Located in Denver Colorado, the footprint of this passive house is limited to 40 feet x 40 feet, and explores similar high-performance building envelope and compact floor plan principles as other passive house designs in the series.
