Clutch produced a series of passive houses based on PHIUS passive house requirements. Passive house 004 is the first house in this series. Minimal glazing, southern exposure, a compact floor plan, and a high performance envelope are some features of this home. This plan can easily be modified to fit urban or rural sites. A roof terrace provides a private outdoor room where permitted by zoning.
